 Today, I want to tell you a story about my dreams and desire when I was a young man, when I and my 2 younger brothers started to open the very first restaurant in Hai Phong 12 years ago.

When we first came to Hai Phong, known as Flaming Red flower city, with a small budget but big brave hearts, we and the very first colleagues could never have imagined the success that our company has achieved during the past 12 years.

Started from a small restaurant on Minh Khai street, 3AE group now has developed more brand names HP3 BBQ, BULGOGI, HOMECOOK, COM GA SINGAPORE, TEXROCK, and becomes one of the biggest F&B groups in Hai Phong.

Our company owns 13 restaurants with 400 staff. The growth today, and in the future, the 3AE group cannot achieve without our staff – their trust, enthusiastic working and team work spirit.

After 12 years, we know that we need try more and more, not only to create better cuisine for our valued customers, but also bring more benefit to every staff.

For that purpose, we have decided to change Texas BBQ brand to Texgrill starting from 10.10.2019, we believe it, our spiritual child, will grow more and more.

I believe that the best story about Texgrill is still ahead.

Texgrill – a place to nurture the dreams, creativeness and love for the food which we have been making for “Flaming red flower” city. We hope to receive strong support and care– from you, the people who love us.
